These are examination fees. Any proposed treatment or additional investigations will be explained separately.
Where an examination is followed by an agreed treatment plan, the examination amount paid is credited once. The treatment deposit is 15% of the remaining balance.

No. Ask your dentist to recommend a review interval for your circumstances, rather than assuming every guest needs the same schedule.
